Game plan for fighting a shorter charging opponent anyone?

Im fighting in the final of a big boxing tournment on April 17 and the dude im fighting charges and overwhelms everyone hes fought in the tourney so far. Im experienced at boxing but he is mega experienced compared to me with about 40 fights. He fights orthodox and is about 5"9, Im about 6" and fight southpaw. He is very strong with good handspeed. I talked to a friend who fought him and he sys that he sets up his left hook with blinding jabs. Someone please throw me some strategys for this fight. The ring is regular size and its 3 2 minute rounds. This tournement is notorious for giving the decision to the defending champ, which he is, even if it is close. Again ANY strategys would help. Thanks
