If I did really bad on both midterms but if I ace the final will they at least let me p?

I'm taking Calc 152 (calc 2 at rutgers) and I have totally and miserably almost failed both the midterms and have only the final left. Generally in colleges do they let you p if you ace the final regardless of your other midterm grades?
