Will my motherboard be able to fit in my case?

Yes it will work very well. Just a word of advice, go ahead and get 4 more 120mm fans to use in all the slots your case has room for. It says it comes with 2 120mm case fans but has 6 ports. The i7 core products run very hot along with newer graphics cards running hot as well, you need to go ahead and splurge on the cooling of your system and stay happy right off the bat, especially if you plan to do any overclocking at all... Not trying to into your business, just an observation. That seems like a very good case, best of luck with the x58 motherboard, be patiant with it though, it is still new and the bios are kinda giving people a problem right now, but that isn't saying it isn't a good machine only that it needs a little time to tweak it out...
