Where do you buy fireworks in Los Angeles, CA?

Ok every year i wanted to buy fireworks i couldnt find the place, i wnat to buy normal fireworks that blast of and make a small explosion not those big ones that they do at shows. I heard that the sell them at chinatown lol, is it true? also where do you buy sparklers and colorfull smoke bombs? thanks, most points to best answer.
