Is there a good combined masters/phd program in the NE Corridor for IT professionals?

I received my Bachelor's in Computer Management and Information Technology in Maryland, and I am considering getting a combined Masters/PhD in a related major. I wanted to to B school but given the glut of applicants due to the bad economy, I don't think I'd be able to get into the schools I really want to get into. As a result, I was hearing that there are combined Masters/PhD programs in several schools and I was wondering if anyone could comment on this. I am up and down the East coast on trains regularly from DC to New York and all notable points in between, so I can attend schools in any of those cities. Any cogent advice appreciated.
