How EXACTLY can I get my hair wavy like this?

honestly it will be VERY hard to do on your own the front bits you may be able to do but to get it all even will be near impossible. maybe get a friend to help or just go to a hairdresser. i would use a straightener and all you do is curl the hair round the straightener and then wait for a few seconds. once its ready instead of unwinding it loosen the straightener and pull it down, this will loosen the curl and help you shape it how you want. i find using a straightener for curls is a softer look and less like a perm =]
