Whats wrong with me,please help!?

Im not sure if its my syptomons from ross river recuring or swine or god knows what but this is what i have sore throat,glands up around neck,dizzy like im going to faint or just die any second,hand spins when i get up and my eyes black out and go back to normal and stomach pain on both sides and feeling nausea
