Biggest draft bust, best draft, your opinions?

I have to say Kwame Brown was the biggest draft bust ever. MJ was so wrong for choosing Kwame. In my opinion the best draft was the 1999 draft with Elton Brand, Steve Francis, Baron Davis, Lamor Odom, Richard Hamilton, Mike Miller, Shawn Marion, Jason Terry, Corey Maggette, and Ginobli. Yes I think this draft is even better then the 03 draft.
