A&P files for bankruptcy. How much of that is due to unions and high pension costs?

Wegman's is unionized and one of the fastest growing Super market chains in the nation. They also pay and treat employees extremely well. I am a firm believer in that model. I run my business the same way. Happy employees work harder and stay longer. Big businesses with huge turnover are the problem in this country.
