How is the HIV virus ped into the body tissues from the blood?

When someone catches the HIV virus into their bloodstream they could p it on to others via their bodily fluids. But how does HIV get into their bodily fluids in the first place? For example, how does the virus get from the capillaries into an organ like the testicles and therefore how does it infect the semen? Is it by diffusion like nutrients or what?
