Is it true that if I rub dog excrement into my opponent's eyes during a fight, I will blind him?

This kiddie at school is bullying me every day. He knees me in the back of the leg as I walk past in the corridor and he tells all the girls that I am gay. I'm not! I always hid from him when possible in the past, because he is bigger than me, but now I am ready to stand up for myself.
