Monistat 1. Is it over?

I got white like cottage chesse stuff coming out of my (i noticed it days after very mild itching sensation), very low like pamper rash around it,Yiest inffection?... took monistat 1 on sat. no intense burning nor painfull side effects. It is friday now, the fluids stopped on monday to tuesday but i still have some itching sensation inside some of the rash still remains outside. no strange fluids are coming out.. is the inffection over or i still have to wait?.. Should i buy something else? why the itching sensation remains very low but still there... (first time having such an infection, no insurance therefore i cant get to a doctor)
