Opinions needed right here?!?

2 hands down. It is the most practical (you will have no trouble accessing the contents inside your pack. The other backpack will drive you crazy using that drawstring closure). Backpack #1 looks like you would use this for traveling or as a purse. Again, that drawstring closure will be a nuisance (I used to own a Prada backpack similar to that and it WAS a pain). I love backpack #2. I may order it myself.
