Urgent Help Needed, desperation already kicking in!!!?

Ok, so i know this sounds really bad, and, not gonna lie, i am more than a little ashamed of myself for asking this . . . but, does anyone have any ideas for what i could get my mum for her birthday?? She is gonna be 42, and i have a �30 budget - i'm not just being cheap, by the way - my brothers' birthday is in the same month, and i still need to afford a Father's Day present. Over the years, i seem to have gotten her mostly jewellery and bath stuff, but these are wearing a bit thin now, to say the least, and it's becoming more and more painfully apparent that i just simply don't have a clue what to get her. She must have caught on by now. And she doesn't eat chocolate, at least not often anyway, so i can't even fob her of with extortionate sweets. Please help me :(
