What can i do to decorate my room?

i want to decorate my room somehow. and ive been on websites with ideas on how, but i have no money to actually go out and by all the necessities. so what can i do or make without going out and buying the items. i mean project and things with basic necessities. im 14 years old, and female. please hlp. thanks!!!
