What is another way that I can use Beef Stew Meat?

I have a recipe i like to call garbage. Just take the meat and few raw veggies( i like carrots, bell pepper, and pearl onions. potatoes tend to take longer). season with oil and whatever spices you prefer, wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 30min.
