Where's my irs refund?

i filed my refund and my friends on jan. 20th, 2010. On the irs website it told her she would have her deposit by today (THUR jan 27) and she did. it said if she didnt have it by the 2nd to call back. Mine, filed on the same day, said it would be dep. by Feb 3 & did not say to call if I didnt have it by then. anyone else have this issue? anyone really know when the dep. will go through?
