I need help removing spyware terminator from my computer?

when i try to remove it through add and remove programs i get a error message saying file C/program files/spyware terminator does not exist can not remove and when i try to remove it through the program files and i try to delete the spyware terminator folder it tells me make sure the file is not in use is there any other way i can remove it any help would be great i been trying to get rid of it for a while
