The ? that I really wonder about is why Casey didn't just give her child to her parents?

Children do this alot...in the real world...not in the perfect that some think they live in...but I've seen time and time again that some young kids just let their parents raise their kids...if she really didn't want to be a mom ...there is profound reason why she didn't do it
