What should i see 1st, 2nd, 3rd when visiting Washington D.C.?

I am looking to see the White House, Washington Monument, the Capitol, American History Museum, National History Museum, Fords Theatre and the Air and Space Museum. I want to know which i should see in an order that would be the most efficient. And if i am missing a must see sight, i would like to know.
